I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. They consistently dismiss my concerns and have no overall concern for the health of my teeth or progess. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions are ever answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of my appointments. They barely gave me any information at all. I usually resorted to doing my own research to get my questions answered. I regretfully continue to visit this office in order to complete teeth straightning (braces). The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly, except for one receptionist who has always been kind. I cant wait to have my braces removed and never return to this office. I would never ever recommend this place to any one.
