They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. The office was extremely clean ... I've never been in a medical facility any cleaner!
