Their staff wasn't understanding or helpful at all. When I called to follow up on scheduling an appointment, they were downright rude. I would never recommend them to anyone. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr. Darricau is that she always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. My surgery was delayed by 6 1/2 hours and she never apologized for that They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
