Dr. Mueller answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about psychiatry. There seems to be nothing he hasn't seen, nothing he is scared of. He returns my phone calls as needed. I know where to go and who to call in an emergency. His staff is quiet and professional. After visiting with him only two sessions, I began to make significant progress compared to seeing another local dr. who I spent five months with and went downhill rapidly and he was not able to properly treat me. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Mueller has been recognized with a treatment award by the American Psychiatric Association.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
