They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
