They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I had suffered a head injury two days prior to seeing Dr. Haimes, that I why I went to see him. I had vertigo, and he told me I just had a concussion, and that it would resolve in two weeks. He said "when you feel dizzy, sit down" . That was the ONLY advice he gave me. I would never recommend anyone to this doctor.
