Dr. Judd is kind, knowledgeable, and a good listener--all the things a physician should be but many of them aren't. He is never in a hurry and spends as much time with a patient as is needed. Sometime s he has a medical student training with him, but this has never been a problem. You can always request that the student not be present during your appointment.
The only complaint I have is with Dr. Judd's staff. There is one lady in particular who is rather difficult to deal with and really should retire. The other staff members are friendly, efficient, and helpful.
They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly,s. I h ad to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. ITheir office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Their receptionist isn't overly friendly which is a bit of a turnoff but the doctor makes up for it.
