They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I have been going to Dr. Farag for over 20 yrs. There is one big downside. After 20 yrs, i called in to talk to his PA. His front desk will not let you talk to him or the PA even if you only need a minute or two. Secondly, and this has happended many times, when you call here and need a prescription renewed, or call to let them know you are still sick, they take hours before they ever bother to get back with you. I call in the morning and am still waiting late afternoon. It is my opinion, that they are not that concerned with their patients unless you are actually in the office generating revenue for them.
