Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
