They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
