Good Diagnostian. Very Accurate. Refused to provide his recommended treatment b/c it is a work injury. He was afraid it would be denied and he would waste valuable time appealing the denial. Only prescribed drugs. After 1 1/2 years went to another Dr. who was amazed at the poor care given by Dr. Mann, until he realized it is a work injury. Dr. Mann is loved by Ins. Companies but hated by anyone who needs a physical Rehab Dr.

Dr. Mann told me he would write low rating for Ins. Company, so he wouldn't be challenged by them.

Finally, I wised up and went to a real Dr. who provides me with nerve blocks, Radio Frequency, Trigger Point Injections, Balance Therapy, all treaments that Dr. Mann should have prescribed. Recently moved out of area. New Dr. prescribes the above treatment. She reviewed Dr. Mann's records and told me he is the type of Dr. that gives the rest of us bad names.

This office provided me with the absolute worst medical experience of my 62 years. There was a well dressed woman lying on the waiting room floor in obvious pain. She seemed to be completely ignored. She did not seem to be a wacko, just someone in a tremendous amount of pain. I waited far too long for my appointment with a P.A. and a brief once-over by an extremely rude doctor, Steve Mann. They didn't give me any information but acted like I was there to procure drugs. The fact that I was in pain from spinal arthritis and blown cervical, thoracic and lumbar discs didn't seem to register. with them. They looked at me with a look that seemed to say "So?".They gave me a little lecture about pain meds (mind you, I didn't ask for any) . The big problem with spinal issues is there is no blood so you get no sympathy. I wanted treatment, not meds. Or perhaps I should say, treatment so I wouldn't have to take meds to function with the level of pain I was in. The P.A. was awful. I was appalled at the treatment. Find another provider. These folks are the worst ever! I never will. Of course, the office IS convenient, if you really feel a need to be abused.
