They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice.
