They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I spend a long time always waiting too see him. He's often over 30 minutes late and it's annoying. They're staff is nice but aren't very knowlegable.
