Called to get my old medical records.... I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Actually chuckled when she told me that they don't keep records over 10 years. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They throw away your records after 10 years, so if you are concerned about long term issues demand a copy of ALL your records....now my new physican can't determine what was done in the former surgery.....
