For anyone struggling with infertility or someone who just wants a thorough and attentive Gynecologist, Doctor Rodi is your Doctor! I started seeing Doctor Rodi around 7 years ago for hormonal issues and gynecology as she was recommended to me as a hormone specialist. When I decided to get an IUD she performed the procedure and monitored my progress with it. 5 years later when I was married and ready to start a family she removed the IUD for me, counseled my husband and I with a preconception consultation and ordered the preconception blood tests we needed. We left there excited for our journey to pregnancy and armed with a ton of information we would need on our way. She said if we didn't get pregnant after a year of trying naturally to come back and see her. After a year of unsuccessful attempts we did just that. After considering my age and exploring all the tests that my husband and I could do, she recommended we try fertility injectables along with IUI. This would be the more cost effective and less invasive approach for fertility treatments before jumping straight into IVF. With her steadfast approach, encouragement, and medical expertise we were able to accomplish our goal after 4 months of injectables and 5 IUI procedures. Despite my emotional ups and downs and at times lack of faith, Doctor Rodi never wavered with her confidence that it would eventually work. She was always good about returning my calls and talked me off many a ledge, so to speak, when I felt like giving up. As an accomplished medical professional, you can't get any better than Doctor Rodi, yet she stills remains approachable, caring and direct. Her office is the rolls-royce of medical offices compared to the many other gynecologic offices I have experienced in Los Angeles, where you are just crammed into small rooms and stuffed into overcrowded waiting rooms. I never waited more than 10 mins for an appointment and her knowledgeable and heavily staffed front desk always treated me like I was the most important patient they had. In particular I would like to give mention to Doctor Rodi's nurse Barbara. She assisted most visits and ultrasounds and performed all the IUI's we had done with sensitivity and grace. She was as much a part of this process for us as Doctor Rodi was. We think of them both as our fertility team and credit them both for our fertility success. There wasn't one moment during the many months we spent in their offices when we didn't feel the entire place rooting for our success. They both guided us through the sensitive first 12 weeks of pregnancy and then sadly sent us on our way back to our regular OBGYN. If only Doctor Rodi still delivered babies, I would never have left her side! Her door and phone is always open for help and advice. And for sure when the baby arrives this October Doctor Rodi and Barbara will be among the first to get the announcement and a visit!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
