There are not a lot of OBGYN near where I live Eastvale, I was nervous to leave my previous Doctor. Then I did some research and found Dr. Ota, after my first visit, I'm so grateful that she is so patient, kind, effective. And she really spent time with you, listen to you and answer all your questions, that has really exceeded my previous experience. It was easy to understand the whole procedure. The nurse is polite and the place is so clean. What I love the most is they actually will send you letter for the lab you did, and letting me know that everything is ok before my next visit. I really like the way they treat patient.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
