They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. This is by far the worst office I've ever been to. The office itself made me think I was somehow transported to a 3rd world country, the staff seemed to be more concerned about paperwork than people's well being. I had to wait nearly an hour to be seen by the doctor, even though this entire time he strolled by me about 10 times leisurely chatting with his staff. When he finally saw me, he talked at me instead of talking to me. He took a non-emergency phone call in the middle of our visit. He spoke to me as if I was mentally challenged, and when I asked a few questions regarding his practice, instead of giving me answers, he went into explanations why my questions were invalid. Without ever even looking at my chart, or finding out about my background, he told me he was most likely going to perform a c-section (95% of a chance) just because I was 35. Never mind the fact that I was an athlete and am considered by other doctors a very low-risk.

The worst part of this visit was that they gave me a glucose test which they told me I failed by 30 points. But as it turned out, they gave me a wrong glucose mixture, because having the same test done to me two weeks later in a different office showed that my sugar levels were well below the thrash-hold.

If you at all care about healthy pregnancy and well-being of you and your baby, stay away from this office! Plus if you happen to have even a slight claustrophobia you won't be able to make it in there, they have no windows there at ll.
