I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I didn't feel particularly respected during my visit. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice.

They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
