I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I don't think they like to help people or care about their patients.
