The office was easy enough to find. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor barely gave me any information, she looks tire and frustrated. The Doctor attitude toward me was unfriendly and rude.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

They definitely are NOT easy to reach - ever, even in an emergency. They have way too many patients. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes or longer on hold any time you call the office. Then expect to wait at least an hour in the waiting room, even if you have an appointment time.

If you have endless hours of free time to wait, and wait, and wait....once you get to see them, they are actually a pretty good staff.
