She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. She explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. She was happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomed questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that she really valued my health and happiness because she followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
Working as an RN at our local hospital, I knew Dr. Taplin to be caring, highly intelligent, and successful in her treatment of very sick patients. I trust her implicitly.
