I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
