The one thing that I like about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is on me, if you get the right nurses. They never take personal calls during my appointment. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was very safe. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. Cash paying patients beware I called before going and was told one price when I was prepared to pay and leave an additional $10.00 was added. Too many pills given I just didn't take them. When I went back I was told look how good you're doing. I didn't take 4 out of the six I was given. Dr. never looks at you when he's talking to you, it feels like he's always in a hurry.

Very unprofessional especially his staff. If you are trying see this Doctor obviously due to a medical reason, please do not visit this office. You would feel worse than when you initially felt because of the staff and how they treat you. It is a very depressing office. The nurse their is the most rude person I ever met or have to deal with in my life. She is very unprofessional and mean. You ever have to call the office to get any information on your record and you are trying to explain the reason why you need the record, she would actually be humming or talking to herself (I think she has definitely some mental issues). She would cut you off and say, what say that again. I already did that, even though it is your first time asking something about your file.

Dr. Goddard on the other hand does not even look at you when he is talking to you. He seems like such a push over and the staff actually runs the show, which is a very horrendous show. If you know what I mean.

Good luck to finding an awesome doctor somewhere else, please! They only care about money here!
