Awesome caring Doctor.

They say that they will "call in" perscriptions, but they don't. I see the doctor at least monthly and have been out of my medication for almost 3-months. Everyt time I speak to the staff or the doctor they say "we will call it in" but it never happens. Often have to wait in the office for 3-hours until seen. Billing issues with insurance have caused me to pay for a prescription several months due to the physician notes not being complete and providing adequate justification for my insurance to cover the medication (which they usually cover). This has been brought up to the MD and to the staff. I am low income and can't afford to pay for medication that my insurance should be paying for. The doctor and the doctors office does not care....they shrug their shoulders and never try to fix things that they broke. The neighborhood is a little shady. I have been told they would refer me to a dermatologist for a persistant painful rash for almost 8 months now, yet they have failed to do it. They don't care that I am in pain
