Dr. Clinch is very sweet and has an excellent "bedside manner." However, she made some stupid mistakes in her diagnosis of my medical conditions that ultimately led to major surgery (surgery that I could have avoided if Dr. Clinch had been more tuned in to my needs).

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
