It can take several days or more to get in to see Dr. Enns, and when you do arrive you end up waiting for an hour or more past your appointment time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. When I need a common prescription refilled they won't do it over the phone with my pharmacy, but instead make me have to take time off of work and come in for yet another office vistit. This is very inconvenient. When I had to rescedule the appointment they charged me $25 for cancelling with less than 24hrs. notice, REALLY! Dr. Enns is a fine physician but the office administration is run like a meat market.
