Dr Kleinman is very patient and kind. He is willing to take time and talk with you, explain things thoroughly, and is always available regardless how busy if truly necessary. I have chronic pain form an accident in recent past that leaves me in pain all waking hours and some while trying to sleep. On top of it I have ADD and OCD therefor i can be quite cranky from not feeling good frequently. He was the ONLY doctor willing to make an exception to help me when in a huge bind without a referral due to my move from Florida. I really have much respect for him and his staff Pat and Dee and ADORABLE kind sweet and lovely ladies. They truly care about their patients and are willing to work with you regardless how irritating or unreasonable you are. They will not let your poor attitude sway their professionalism or respectful treatment. I truly adore them and travel over 2 hours to see Dr Kleinman. All because I like them all and they do not have any catty rude people there. Truly rare gems.
