They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. He helped me through some very rough times in my life over the many years I went to him with amazing sympathy and concern. I will gladly refer him to anyone I know.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are very nice but tend to be overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr. Ness is absolutely amazing and most knowledgeable in his field.
