I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
