I really like and respect Dr, Medina! I had been to Dr. Gladys Palomeno about my hypothyroidism and she was very condescending to me. She would not do a free t-3 test on me. Dr. Medina understood and supported the importance of getting a free t-3 baseline for me.
Dr. Medina also looked at me, listened to me and asked many questions about my family, whereas Dr. Palomeno did not. She jumped to conclusions and made lots of assumptions. When I pointed these out to Dr. Palomeno, she just stared at me. I did not feel very 'heard' or 'understoof' This was NOT the case with Dr. Medina, and I am incredibly glad to be working with her now. She's definitely my new endo!!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
