Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. They misrepresented their practice and dr's qualifications. I felt lied to! They didn't answer any of my questions or address the medical concern I went to see dr for. They make you sign a contract for a thousands of dollars one time consultation fee without telling you it's all diet or lifestyle advice everyone already knows about + dr didn't know many things she should have. Tried to sell me expensive supplements, cheaper online. Ignored instructions from previous doctors. There is no chance that I would ever recommend them to anyone.
They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. What I didn't like too much about this place was their waiting room chairs. They were not the most comfortable. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. What really made me uneasy was the equipment they used. It seemed really old and obsolete, and I didn't think it was safe. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.
