I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. Dr Greenberg removed two basal cell carcinomas from my face and upper lip (cutting all the way down into my top lip) and a squamous cell carcinoma from my leg. His surgery left a terrible scar on my face and lip (he should have referred me for Mohs Surgery instead of removing it himself). He took a huge cut of skin from my leg, and then did the messiest job imaginable when he stitched it up afterwards. I was unprepared for how extensive the surgeries were; if I had known, I would have had someone drive me to my appointment and been prepared in advance with bandaging supplies. In retrospect, I have often doubted his diagnoses, as my bill was all wrong when I got it (I was overcharged and too many procedures were listed on it). I wish I had gotten a second opinion from another dermatologist and had never trusted Dr. Greenberg. Unfortunately it was too late since I'd already had my surgeries. I would never go back and If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Please be careful if you use this doctor and get a second opinion if you need any procedures.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I really don't think they deserve a recommendation. I was unhappy with the whole experience. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They did not send me a letter with an explanation of the procedure that was done as they said they would and the Dr. Shten never called to explain it either.
