School of Medicine. She did her postgraduate medical training at LAC
+ USC Medical Center, where she was board -certified in internal
medicine, then went on to do a residency in dermatology, and became
board-certified in that specialty in 1979. She was recertified in
dermatology in 2009. Hospital appointments include Huntington
Memorial Hospital and City of Hope National Medical Center, where she
is a consulting dermatologist. Dr. Quinn also is a professor of
clinical dermatology at LAC + USC Medical Center. Her duties there
include supervising the dermatology residents in the medical
dermatology clinic. She has been honored by being awarded outstanding
teacher in medical dermatology in 2004 in 2008. Currently she is
serving as president of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Dermatological
