They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.

The office was easy enough to find. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
