Dr. Anderson is wonderful, however there seems to be a number of problems within office. For example, I have made an appointment, go and am told I do not have an appointment. This Has happened twice to me this year alone. This is very frustrating, as you wait months to get an appointment to begin with.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
