Do NOT book with this Dr! I had a visit with her in 2023 & was prescribed some medication to take for my issue of concern. I did the lab test & got my prescription. Due to the medication I need to retake liver tests every couple months to ensure the medication is not damaging-per Sampson. Great will do. (mind you Labcorp testing faciality is hard to schedule appointments with as it is). I contact the office in January to notify them I need Dr Sampson to reorder a lab test for me to take so that I can refill my prescription before its finished & so I can book a testing appointment. Each office assistant I spoke to seemed to not have a clue what I was talking about in regards to my request & had to explain to each person I talked to why I was calling (is there no notes to keep track of?) I did not hear back from the office for 2-3 weeks (it is already February) so I can & ask for the update on the order. They said she ordered my lab test 3 weeks ago!! So why didnt anyone call me?! I could have made an appointment in time if they had called me when it was completed- now I cant book an appointment with my schedule for another 3 weeks & by then I will be out of the medication. Its March & I take my lab test that was needed & I am thinking the process will be faster for Dr. Sampson now that it is just a refill of the prescription I was taking. Nope! I have been calling every week for 3 weeks now since my lab test & each time the office ladies keep saying they will send her a message & they will expedite my message. Never mind me also having to explain why I am calling & what the issue is each time I call (again-no notes?). Today the office assistant said she is busy if she hasnt responded to their messages- for 3 weeks going on 4?! The attention to patient care here is horrible & the staff is horrible with having me explain each time. How can a Dr take on new patients & be prescribing medication to them if she can't even answer messages to continue the patient care.
I will not be coming back here & will be seeing a more professional office.

I’d hate to dismiss those who reviewed her with 5 stars, however based on the majority of reviews and similarity in experiences, I’m doubtful anyone has ever had a pleasurable visit with her.

We went in for an appointment for my Dad today. When she walked into the room, she did not greet us, she did not ask how we see doing, nothing. Instead, she walked in and immediately said “She needs to get out. I need her out of here” - talking about my 8 year old daughter. I told her I would not allowed my daughter to sit unsupervised in the waiting room. She them said “she’s not important. She’s not important to this visit. I don’t want anyone in here that’s not important. If she won’t get our them I’ll need to get an interpreter”.

So i demanded an interpreter be brought in. Her visit lasted 2 minutes. TWO MINUTES. She made such a big fuss over a TWO MINUTE consultation.

We have to figure out how to file a formal complaint. How she’s still allowed to practice with that attitude and way of speaking to people is beyond me.
