They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was satisfied with both the doctor and how my visit was conducted. Everything went according to plan.
