They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is obvious that their facility is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
