The doctor is nice and pleasant but not the staff. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff could be better trained and speak better English. They didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was made to pay my 40% co pay upfront without knowing what is the Blue Cross negotiated rate. The office was easy enough to find.
