I can't speak for the office in general (there are other urologists in the practice), but Judson Brandeis M.D. was a complacent, unhappy, uncaring man hardly worth even a fraction of the the ratings he has gotten online. He ignored some pretty significant symptoms I had that I've had to follow up with another doctor for. I'm convinced the reviews you see are from family, friends, and perhaps even the doctor himself, because the Dr. Brandeis I saw was at least dismissive, and lazy, and probably on the way to a malpractice suit.
Avoid Dr. Brandeis like your life depended on it, because it may.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt a million times better when I left, and I wasn't in in any pain during my appointment. They took great care of me. The doctor was able to lower my PSA from 6+ to 1.8 with an antibiotic treatment over 20 days in length. The usual ten days did nothing.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
