First, something positive: the office staff is efficient, attentive and friendly. Patient intake was prompt, but the waiting game begins once you're led to an exam room to meet with the doctor. To be frank, I did not feel safe at all in Dr. Maggiano's care. His bedside manner is clipped and his responses to questions (if you can get a response at all) are either evasive or met with outright hostility. At the very least, I expect a modicum of professionalism from a doctor with 30+ years of experience. Instead, I waited over 1.5 hours to see the least professional doctor i've ever encountered. I walked out of my appointment after spending nearly 2 hours in his office. The "good" doctor does not respect his patients' time nor, for that matter, his patients. Dr. Maggiano also had the nerve to charge a princely sum despite never disclosing my diagnosis or providing a treatment plan. I would never refer any of my family and friends to this doctor.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
