I've been to this office three times now. The first time I had to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time before I was seen. The last time I was there I had to wait an hour before seeing the doctor and after such a long wait, I spent literally 2 minutes with him. In fact, the doctor didn't even arrive in the office till a half hour after my appointment time! Additionally, the office was supposed to make an appointment for a surgery at the hospital and when I called back 2 hours later to get the details, I was told they hadn't even gotten in contact with the hospital. While I believe Dr. Eshagian knows all about eye care, but as a physician giving care to patients, he is terrible.
