my daughter needs to see her primary physician but they refused her medaical attention due to the fact that i did not have the 5 dollar copay i begged them to please see her and i would come in this afternoon and pay, they still refused and she is home sick with no prescription They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
