Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. I had heard this from other people not to go but I wanted to see if he could help me figure out what was wrong. I have had this pain for several months and it is only getting worse. My weight is dropping and I feel like if someone doesn't find out what is wrong, I will die. It is bad. The first time I went in he said all of the right things, like we are not going to give up on you, I will not stop till I have an answer and we fix it. Well, right out of the gait he hands me over to a surgeon (who was awesome, Dr. Malak, who I highly recommend) From that moment on, you could tell that this was a complicated case, and after the surgery, this pain started, and he was done. Sorry, learn to live with the pain, type thng. Yep, you have serious pain, we don't know what is causing it, but you are alive, so deal with the pain. Will never go back, and do not recommend him to anyone

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
