Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've visited. I was able to relax very easily.
Dr. Beach is the MOST AMAZING doctor you will ever see! He is very thorough and explains things very well! I have been seeing him for years and won't go to anyone else!

The office was easy enough to find. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Ms. Moser & Mr. Bhatka are fantastic , thorough and sincere. The staff has grown on me. I had very negative experience with front office in the beginning. I was very ill and my husband was in the hospital with pending surgery, we had family in town. It was a terribly stressful time. Instead of arguing with me about my insurance coverage that I am very clear on and know my benefits; kindness and some empathy would have gone a long way. Especially since I had called ahead with insurance changes, signed in with them, waited 30 minutes to be called back then over billed and argued with after seeing an over busy inattentive PA. I saw a different pa that day and was prescribed medication for a disease I don't have and my questions were not answered. I was very unhappy over all. My husband and children all had great experiences. Since It is a challenge to change I saw their providers and have been happy ever since. It does take time to get results and return calls. Possibly because the provider staffing is short for a while. Long hold times and lack of emergency appointment availability requiring us to go to urgent care when the flu popped up because tamiflu has to be started at the early signs not 4 days or a week later. With the severity of my daughters asthma I can not chance her getting sick with the flu.
