I went in for severe pain and saw Dr Seiple. I had to get an MRI and the staff was bothered by having to get the prior authorization done. They gave me incorrect information for getting the MRI and didn't follow up on getting the prior auth. Which led to a 3 week delay and I had to figure it out on my own. The follow up appointment led to needing prior authorization for surgery. Jose and Maudi were again bothered with getting the prior authorization done and, AGAIN, didn't follow up on it. I had to do all the leg work to get this done and then they changed the surgery date, rediculous. I made arrangements for after care due to the discussion with Dr Seiple and had to change it all due to the inept staff. Dr Seiple is ok and Scott the PA is great but the staff is terrrible, they are rude, and very demeaning toward you if you call them on what they are suppose to be doing. They are the ones that get paid for all the leg work I had to do. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This office has a monopoly in Casa Grande, AZ.
They do not accept all forms of insurance. mine happens to be Tricare Prime. This is insurance you recieve from the military. My husband is a disabled vet from the NAVY. They would not cast our year old son's arm when it was broken. Instead we had to wait 8 days for a doctor to see us in Tucson! Their excuse is Tricare does not pay the full amount. I guess my husband's life is not enough for them. It will only by the doctors the mid-priced BMW instead of the $100K one. These doctors make me sick. When I complained about it, Dr. Erikson contacted my Son'r Doctor (Dr. Spiess) and made up a huge story about us. In turn we were dropped from our son's office and they will not treat my children any more. I'm sorry if I beleive the men and women who sacrifice everything for our freedom should have equal healthcare opportunities.
