The worst office staff I have ever encountered!! Takes them months to give you a referral to a specialist. Call them and they put you on hold then they will hang up, this happens all the time. I had my insurance co. call them and the staff hung up on them too. Once they left a message to call them about my lab results, when I called back they told me I never had lab work done (which I did). I finally changed doctors and submitted Levy's office paper work to have my records forward to the new doctor, it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't done it. I give them no stars because they are so incompetent.

Dr Levy is awesome. but I had to leave his practice. The front office staff and office manager (Name is Ann) are awful. Very rude, no compassion for patients or their needs. Witnessed this behavior with other patients and now it has happened to me. Shame that office staff can ruin Doctor/Patient relationships and I bet Doctor Levy never hears of these incidents as these staff hide these things from him. I have asked to talk to Doctor Levy and they won't let me. And I leave messages for him to call me but never does as I am also sure they never give these to him.
