Dr Dux and his nursing staff are always friendly, attentive and I feel that I am getting quality care. The scheduling staff are friendly and competent. However, when I called for help with a billing question, i was treated very poorly. I wasn't able to fully get my question asked without the person butting in and never did get a satisfactory answer. It seems to be that she is a very unhappy employee.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
