Terribly rude staff and a long wait for 2 hours to see the Dr. Muzyka. I was treated very poorly and they only care about payments & money at this office. They have a very aggravated people. I had a horrible experience. The staff are so rude except Gloria. Gloria was a very nice friendly person.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about the money. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Dr. Muzyka said she would order blood tests and never did. I came in on two occasions for my blood tests and was tuned away because she never ordered them. I was told that I needed a pace maker immediately and that if I didnt get one I would not live through the night...that was 6 months ago. This person should not be a Doctor. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! They seemed to have plent of staff running around, but very very unorganized. I waited for a very long time.
