I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

The doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. However the organization and scheduling of the office is awful. It is not uncommon to go in 1 to 2 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. They schedule way too many patients for the time Freberg spends with each. They also do not respond to requests for refills in a timely fashion. Request went in last Wed... still not approved as of following Tuesday. They also take forever (two weeks) to provide a referal. They are totally overwhelmed with the numbers of people that want to talk the doctors ear off. If you have nothing else to do all day, and have a good book to read... maybe he is worth it.
